Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vantigo ("we," "us," the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Vantigo on behalf of an institution, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on that institution's behalf.

Eligibility and your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. If you're a student accessing Vantigo through an institution's sponsorship, your access is also governed by the terms of that sponsorship arrangement, and may end if the sponsorship ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account with others or use another person's account; attempt to circumvent usage limits tied to your plan; use the Services to harass, deceive, or harm others; upload content you don't have the right to share; or attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with the Services' underlying systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violating this section.

Your content

You retain ownership of what you submit — your resume, responses, and any other content you provide. By submitting it, you give us the right to process it (including via third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy) solely to provide the Services to you. Where you access Vantigo through a sponsoring institution, we may also share limited, aggregate insights about your progress with that institution, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The Services themselves — including our software, design, and underlying content frameworks — are owned by Vantigo. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or underlying technology beyond what's needed to use the Services as intended.

Plans, payments, and institution sponsorships

Paid plans, billing, cancellation, and institution-sponsored access are governed by our Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee any specific outcome, including placement results, and AI-generated content may contain errors — see our Disclaimer for details. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantigo's total liability arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Services (or parts of them) with reasonable notice where practical.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
