Payment & refund policy

Subscription plans

Vantigo offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Current plan pricing and included entitlements are shown on our Pricing page before you complete payment. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Cancellation

Once a subscription payment has been made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for the remainder of that billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you've paid for, after which it will not auto-renew unless you choose to renew it.

Institution-sponsored access

If you access Vantigo through a sponsoring institution, your access is governed by that institution's license agreement with Vantigo, not by the individual subscription terms above. Contact your institution's administrator regarding your access.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments made for Vantigo subscriptions are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case individually.
