Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Vantigo collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

Information we collect

Account details (name, email), resume content and any information extracted from it, academic details, assessment responses, and usage data across the platform. If you join through a sponsoring institution, we also receive limited enrollment information from that institution.

How we use your information

To provide the Services — analyzing your resume, generating assessments and practice sessions, tracking your progress, and (where applicable) sharing aggregate, non-identifying insights with a sponsoring institution about their own cohort.

Third-party processors

We use Anthropic and OpenAI to process resume and conversational content for AI-generated features, Supabase for data storage, Razorpay for payment processing, and Google Workspace for transactional email. Each is bound by their own data processing terms; we do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Data retention and deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time from your account settings. Once a deletion request is approved, we retain your data for 30 days (to prevent abuse of the deletion process, such as immediately rejoining to bypass entitlement limits), after which it is permanently deleted and you will receive a confirmation email.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
